What is Enchantment Box?

Enchantment Box offers a magical monthly subscription service that provides carefully curated boxes with unique themes chosen to spark your imagination. Each month, you'll receive 6-8 items that include beauty & wellness products, lifestyle accessories, fun surprises and decadent treats to inspire your childlike wonder and indulge your inner princess. Always 100% vegan, cruelty-free, eco-conscious and sourced exclusively from luxury boutique brands and handpicked local artists. This is a great monthly gift to give yourself or an woman in your life who deserves the royal treatment. 

Who is the Enchantment Box subscriber?

You are hustling around town with a messy bun or pulling all-nighters to get one step closer to your dreams, you do it with the magic of a unicorn and the strength of a Goddess. You believe that child-like wonder and fairytales do exist. You refuse to let anyone dull your sparkle. You like surprises and opening gifts you can actually use! Most importantly you believe investing in yourself and if it's not currently a priority then it's time! 

What kind of products can I expect to receive in my box?

Every month Enchantment Box sends you 6-8 items that are individually curated with various themes. The value is generally 40-50% off of retail! There are items you just can't get enough of, including:
• cruelty-free makeup
paper goods
 vegan food treats
home accents
nail care
beauty tools or accessories
 lots of unicorn magic and fairy dust sprinkled throughout!

Why Vegan?

Enchantment Box is always 100% vegan and cruelty-free, as well as when available organic, eco-conscious and sustainably sourced. Your spirit animal might be a majestic unicorn, but the rest of our animal friends are important, too.

What if I have allergies or sensitivities to the products in the box?

We always strive to have products that work with various skin types and bodies. If you are aware of known allergies it's best to read the ingredients before consuming or applying. We are a vegan box therefore we do refrain from items containing any animal bi-product. We are not a gluten-free focused box.


When will I get my box?

Your Enchantment Box will ship out typically around the 20th of the month, sometimes sooner! You'll receive an email containing your tracking number once your box has shipped. Please allow 1-2 extra days on holidays as schedules may reflect post office closures. Estimated delivery date will vary depending on your distance from us in magical Hollywood, CA! 

Help! I need to change my shipping or billing information.

No problem there! If you need to change your monthly subscription address and its after your box for that month has processed on your card please email us at help@enchantmentbox.com so we can manually change it. Otherwise if your changing it for the month prior you can do so in your account settings. If the box has been shipped and you did not notify us of the address change we are not responsible for rerouting it. 


How does subscription billing work?

You'll be billed for your first box the moment you sign up. If you sign up for our monthly billing plan, you'll automatically be billed on the 28th of each month. For example, if you sign up for the June box on May 28th or earlier, you'll get your first box in June and be billed for your second box on June 28th, third box on July 28th etc.

As a first time subscriber you will receive your first box the following month, which maybe 3-6 weeks depending on when you joined. You are not charged twice in one month.

If you sign up to be auto billed every 3 or 6 months, you'll be billed on 28th of the month that you're set to renew. These automatically renew unless cancelled.

How much is Enchantment Box?

  • Monthly renewal subscription costs $49.95 + shipping
  • SAVE 5% 3-month subscription costs $142.36+ shipping for 3 months
  • SAVE 8% 6-month subscription costs $275.72 + shipping for 6 months

We love you California residents but you will be charged sales tax.

What if I just want one box?

You can purchase one box, if available. It will be listed in our shop when in stock. However, it's recommended to join as a subscriber to secure your monthly spot to guarantee availability as each month it sells out quickly! If you decide to opt-in our month to month recurring option you can cancel up to two days before the next billing cycle, but we doubt you will want to. It's that amazing!

Can I gift a subscription?

Yes! Your friend, loved one, family member, co-worker or anyone else who loves unicorn magic will appreciate this! Keep in mind when your purchasing it, there is a bit of lead time 4-6 weeks. We sometimes have a few boxes that maybe available immediately, check out our shop for the most up to to date availability. Just make to to change the shipping address to the receiver!

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, but we will be sad to see you go. Please contact us if we can do anything to change your mind!

After cancelling, you'll still receive any boxes you’ve paid for and then your subscription will end. Monthly subscriptions auto renew on the 28th of the month so it’s best to cancel by the 26th if you don’t want to receive the next box. If you cancel your subscription after being billed on the 28th, you’ll still receive the box you were billed for. 

If you are not satisfied with the box please let us know by sending an email to hello@enchantmentbox.com. We take our customers feedback very seriously and it's our goal to provide the highest quality of products.

Can I skip a month of my subscription?

We currently do not offer skipping months but you can cancel. You can do this by going into your account settings. If you prepaid for 3 or 6 months, then you will continue to receive your subscriptions monthly, and then it will be cancelled. If you want to to resubscribe, you will need to order a new subscription.

Do you accept returns?

Because of the nature of the items we are delivering we are not allowed to take back packages after they have been shipped. If your box or contents have been damaged please take a photo and contact us at help@enchantmentbox.com.

We understand that you may receive a product that you already own or have tried. We do not offer refunds for this. We suggest trying it again or gifting it to a loved one!
