Recipes

1. Woodland Wake-Up Coffee

  • Ingredients:
    • 8 oz Freshly Brewed Coffee
    • 2 tbsp WytchWood Traditional Maple Syrup™
    • Cream or Milk to taste
  • Instructions:
    1. Brew your favorite coffee.
    2. Stir in WytchWood Traditional Maple Syrup™ until fully dissolved.
    3. Add cream or milk to your liking for a subtly sweet and rich morning treat.

2. Classic Maple Pancakes

  • Ingredients:
    • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
    • 2 tsp Baking Powder
    • 1/2 tsp Salt
    • 1 tbsp Sugar
    • 1 cup Milk
    • 1 Egg
    • 2 tbsp Melted Butter
    • WytchWood Traditional Maple Syrup™ for serving
  • Instructions:
    1. In a large bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
    2. In another bowl, whisk together milk, egg, and melted butter.
    3. Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
    4. Heat a skillet over medium heat and grease lightly.
    5. Pour 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake and cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden.
    6. Serve hot, generously topped with WytchWood Traditional Maple Syrup™ for a truly classic breakfast.

3. Vermont Glazed Root Vegetables

  • Ingredients:
    • 2 lbs Assorted Root Vegetables (carrots, parsnips, turnips), peeled and chopped
    • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
    • Salt and Pepper to taste
    • 1/4 cup WytchWood Traditional Maple Syrup™
    • Fresh Thyme
  • Instructions:
    1. Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C).
    2. Toss root vegetables with olive oil, salt, and pepper, and arrange on a baking sheet.
    3. Roast for 20 minutes, then drizzle with WytchWood Traditional Maple Syrup™.
    4. Return to the oven and roast for an additional 10-15 minutes, until caramelized and tender.
    5. Garnish with fresh thyme before serving.

4. Maple Custard Delight

  • Ingredients:
    • 3 Eggs
    • 2 cups Milk
    • 1/2 cup WytchWood Traditional Maple Syrup™
    • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    • Nutmeg for sprinkling
  • Instructions:
    1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
    2. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, WytchWood syrup, and vanilla.
    3. Pour the mixture into custard cups.
    4. Place cups in a baking dish and fill the dish with hot water halfway up the sides of the cups.
    5. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until custard is set.
    6. Sprinkle with nutmeg and chill before serving for a soothing dessert.

Traditional Vermont Maple Syrup

Have yet to try the other flavors I ordered, but did use the Traditional flavor just recently, I loved it!! Very full bodied flavor. I've tried many syrups from both Canada and the Eastern regions of the U.S. and yours is a bit thicker than the others and has a very velvety flavor of maple. Quite special!! And I love the packaging!! Will definitely reorder more in the future. Can't wait till I try the other flavors I ordered!!

The best maple syrup!

I don’t usually go for maple syrup but the look of this shop and packaging pulled me right in and I had to give it a try. I was not disappointed. It is SO good!
I also just used it in a chili recipe and I could not have loved it more. Don’t hesitate, but it now 🖤
